Pin That Puppy was formed in Dec 2009 with John and James working through some original songs of John’s and in Feb 2010 bassist Chris joined the ranks completing the line up. The band than hit the live scene, getting tight and gaining experience playing shows around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The band have also been working on and recording there debut EP “Don’t Talk” which will, soon, be available as a free download via iTunes and Myspace; tracks on the EP are Don’t Talk, Casey, Intravenously and Talk Back Radio. The sound is straight ahead in your face with Moody’s smart arse snarly vocal and edgy energy filled guitar combined with Matthews classic punk/rock beat and Cochrane’s pumpy bass lines which create a catchy sound that never lets up almost busting from the speakers with energy.
Moody says, “Our live shows are where it is at for us, we enjoy the buzz of performing together and in front of an audience, that’s whats real for us”.
